By accessing or using Data CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Data CRM is a Building Intelligence Platform operated by Nexar Labs LTD. It provides building compliance data, ownership intelligence, and outreach tools for commercial real estate professionals. Features and availability may change at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping data beyond your subscription scope, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you upload. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.
All content, branding, and technology comprising Data CRM are owned by Nexar Labs LTD or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service.
Data CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that building compliance data is complete, accurate, or current. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexar Labs LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of Data CRM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
